RcaTheme hereby grants you a revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use the web templates and other products sold on the RcaTheme website in accordance with the following terms and conditions:

1. Limited Usage Granted:
You have the right to use the RcaTheme templates on as many concurrent sites as your site licenses provide for. After your membership expires, you may continue to use the templates your site licenses allow for, so the templates are not time-limited.
2. Product Delivery:
All products will be available for download after you complete your payment and we receive payment confirmation. Your membership information will be emailed to you in up to an hour, usually within few minutes. If you do not receive an email from RcaTheme within 24 hours, please contact us through our website and we will help you set up your account immediately. Please use a valid email address as we use it to contact you.
3. Refund Policy:
Since RcaTheme is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we can offer direct refunds if your account has not been logged-into yet. In this case the refund will be provided without any question. RcaTheme also will offer refund within 7 (Seven) days starting from the date of your purchase. In this case RcaTheme has the right to ask questions for the refund and also we have the right to NOT offer the refund if we see reasonable. Please read full refund policy here.
4. Modifications:
You are allowed to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes. However you are not allowed to redistribute or resell our templates as yours no matter if you have changed the design, code or else in the products. You must also not change or remove the copyright information in the header of the xml descriptor file. You may however remove our copyright from the footer of the templates if needed.
5. Unauthorized/Illegal use:
You should not use the RcaTheme products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service. In particular, it is prohibited to use our templates for pages that promote: violence, terrorism, hard pornography, racism, vulgarity content or warez software links.
You may not place any of RcaTheme products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from RcaTheme.
RcaTheme Members are responsible for all content posted on forum and activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the possibility of blocking your membership account immediately if we will know about such a not permitted behavior.
If you create an account on the RcaTheme website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with the account. You must immediately notify RcaTheme of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security.
6. Updates:
All products are always designed for the latest version of the software they are designed for, but we can give no guarantee that the products will run with previous versions of those platforms.
7. Use of Content:
You acknowledge that the site contains or may contain material (collectively the “Content”) which is protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights; therefore, you are only permitted to use the material as expressly authorized by RcaTheme. You may not transfer or sell, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, or in any way exploit any of the Content, in whole or in part, except with an expressly permitted Agreement from the developer. Content used in our Demos and QuickStart Package are used for demonstration purposes only and should not be used in any live environment without the express permission of RcaTheme or any other copyright holder.
8. Ownership:
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of RcaTheme.
9. Warranty:
RcaTheme products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. We are not liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
RcaTheme does not guarantee the products in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party extensions, components, plug-ins, modules or other products. Browser compatibility should be tested on our demo websites before purchasing a license. We can't guarantee that our templates will work with all browsers.
10. Support:
Support is provided in our members-only forum. We don't offer support via email, social media or any other channels, except in our forum. We are monitoring the forums and we reserved the right to answer questions. Services as installation, customization, etc are not included in the support of the templates, however we reserved the right to provide such services whenever we decide it's possible.
