Guest Support for Joomla! - Documentation

In Guest Support extension, you're not limited to fixed form fields and layouts. With Pro version, you can add unlimited forms with unlimited custom fields and show different form on different pages to receive customer support request with different custom fields, options and layouts.

1. You can use one form in free version and unlimited forms with Pro version.
2. You can add/edit/delete unlimited custom fields with Pro version.
3. You can assign and show different form to different menu items and receive support tickets.

How to see list of Forms?

1. Login to Joomla! Administrator
2. Click on Components -> Guest Support -> Forms
   
   
   
   
   
3. Now you should see list of forms
   
   

How to add new Form (Pro version required)?

1. Login to Joomla! Administrator
2. Click on Components -> Guest Support -> Forms
   
   
   
   
3. Click on New button
   
   
   
   
   
4. Now you should see new Form creation form like-
   
   
   
   
5. Now follow on-screen instructions. 

How to edit Forms?

1. Login to Joomla! Administrator
2. Click on Components -> Guest Support -> Forms
   
   
   
   
3. From forms list, click on a form name to go to the edit page. 
   Alternatively, you can select a form and then click on ... Actions -> Edit
   
   
   
   
4. Now follow on-screen instructions.

How to delete Forms (Pro version required)?

1. Login to Joomla! Administrator
2. Click on Components -> Guest Support -> Forms
   
   
   
   
3. From forms list, select forms you want to delete and then click on ... Actions -> Delete
